I'm pretty sure the defaul UI allows you to move your focus frame around. you'll get a little dropdown menu when clicking it, where you can either clear focus, or lock/unlock it. Allowing to drag it around the screen.

About the video: Very nice made. That's some skilled guys running around :)

Yeah, I've never used the default UI since the focus frame was added (or at least, not when I wasn't using FluidFrames to move my unitframe and my target), so I wouldn't know.

Hmm, I kind of agree to everything that's been said. As a movie it was pretty neat, editing and the likes was really well done. Just a tad disappointed by the 'skill displays', but fair enough. I do think the movie shows how PvP has changed in some bits though; regardless of who is being shown playing, everyone seems to trinket really early, mostly as soon as it's possible. They seem to play more 'FPS-like', focusing on timing of specific abilities (read: gouge & cloak) and taking down people fast rather than awesome CC.

Good watch overal though.
