Hi the spec I am using as of now is the same 30/41/0 I have used for a while. I see some locks putting out a lot more dps than I do I can manage 1400 to 2800 I would like to try affliction but always have a minimum of 300 lag and at times 500 to 700. What I would like to know is some options for heroics and the few raids I get into and a build that works well for farming and dailies.

Your lower dps is because of your build tbh.
If you like pets,try felguard/emberstorm and if you like dots then go full affliction imo.
Your gear is solid tho,and unless you don't have imp.ff or misery in raid or group you dont need 3/3 suppression.

I agree, give FG/Emberstorm, or even Meta/Ruin a try. 30/41, while a decent leveling build, is not all that great for end-game.
