I am sure that there is a very simple answer to this question. I have Major Glyph of Max Vigor which I believe increases my max energy by 10. Its nicely in my glyph book but there doesnt seem to be any change in my energy bar which is at 100

My question

1 Should it change to 110( I assume that it must)

2 What do I need to do to get it to change

Another question in a long line of nooby ones! Any help appreciated as ever

You read it wrong:
Glyph of Vigor. Glyphs modify spells and talents you have. If your base energy is 100, you don't have Vigor (Assassination tree talent, third tier). Since there is no ability to modify, the glyph doesn't do anything.

If you respec into the assassination tree, and get Vigor, then you will get 120 max energy with the glyph.
