shouldn't have too many at all in that level range in the first place. Have you done un'goro? you can start wpl i believe at that time. felwood -> winterspring as well are close to that level.

50 was when I went Un'goro, yup. Shouldn't be too much alliance there either because well, there's barely anyone there at all. Also, you'll have a tiny advantage if you're fire here; the Tar Lords right in front of Marshall's Refuge take extra damage from fire spells. I could 2-shot the level 54-ones at level 50 - made for some very quick quest progression.

If you do decide to do winterspring, I would highly recommend going to Felwood first and at least getting your Timbermaw rep up to Unfriendly so you don't have to deal with them killing you when you try to go through the tunnel. Of course you could always have a lock friend who has already done that just summon you to Everlook, but I personally like to be self sustaining and not have to rely on other people if I can manage it. :-)

probably 52 or 53 for the lower level quests.
