So, I've seen this happen a few times lately, and just wondering if anyone else has encountered it.

When my mob DEFINITELY has a disease on it, and my Blood Rune is definitely used by the ability, it just doesn't spread the diseases to any of the other mobs. I am not using both Pestilences on one mob just to ensure the spread. My HBs look like 3K for my main target, and like 1K for the rest.

Anyone else encounter this maddening glitch?

I've seen that happen as I kill the mob in question, but no, never on a mob that I use Pest on from the start.
