I currently run a feral druid and love the work that Emmerald and his team have done for gear selection. With the future patch I am planning to dual spec for resto.
Just wondering if there is a list for resto out there somewhere? Or if there are some relative stat weights to go by when trying to figure gear selections so that I could create a spreadsheet/macro of my own.

The EJ list is certainly a good place to start, and where I began when I was looking into this stuff.
The other thing I recommend is going to lootrank.com. They have a resto template on there, and I loaded that up initially to see what it came up with. Since then I have gone back and forth making adjustments to the weightings until I felt like they fit my playstyle a bit better (lower mp5, more haste, a tweak here, a tweak there).
Of course, once 3.1 and the Spirit changes come out, it'll be time for more adjustments, but it's certainly a useful tool.
