DW Dps spec?Follow
Is this still viable? Is the spec still 0/35/36? Has any headway been made for it?
Blizzard is working hard to make sure DW is inferior to 2H in every possible spec for the 3.1 Patch. Until then, though, it's insanely over-the-top.
Edit: Oops. The spec was usually 0/32/39. Mine was 0/31/40. Merciless Combat was probably more useful than my Deathchill.

One example: Rime will now only proc on Oblit instead of on Icy Touch (though it's new effect of resetting the CD is a buff for 2-handers).
Another: Instead of boosting Ice Damage by 30%, Black Ice will boost Ice and Shadow damage by 10% (a nerf to Frost, but a buff to Unholy if they manage to include it in their build).
And, most importantly, Howling Blast will now take 10 seconds to cool down. Without Rime, this kills DW.
There are others, of course, but this is just what comes to mind.

Up till now, I've been doing the butter cookie 17/0/54 build, with a 2H ofc. I want to try something else, so I thought go DW 0/32/39 :p
What would be the rototion on such a build? Can't seem to find anything on EJ pr other sites, so I'm gonna ask the Alla pro's :D

IT/PS/BS/BS/HB/RP Dump
HB/DC/HB/DC/HB
Or something like that; you need to mix in HBs with your RP dump in the second set, as HB has a cooldown.
Also pretty much have to use Blood Presence with it as well, even if BCB and Necrosis would benefit from Unholy Presence, as you can't possibly make use of the GCDs in Unholy.
You may want to look at 0/44/27 as well, though that build pretty much requires a slow MH for FS damage.
