I've just read on the official forums that as part of their attempts to nerf mana regen, they're talking about increasing the time interval on "mp5" gear. Rather than mana every 5 seconds, they're considering making it mana every 6; with all gear and skill values being the same as they are now.
From what I could tell, this would also allow them to talent (such as Imp. BoW) to reduce the time increment on the regen, rather than increase the amount per tick. Of course, this would also make the 5-scond-rule into a 6-second-rule.

I am quite disappointed. I posted this as what I thoguht was a believable enough April Fool's joke, and so far not one person has bitten. :-(

that's sad... more people fell for the thing I did last year, and that was blatantly obvious it was an April Fool's joke. And by more people I mean 1.

I actually fell for it. Doh. With all the crazy things they are doing with mana nowadays...
Then again this nerf would hit shamans more than healadins. Good chunk of healadins are still using kings-intellect-divine plea for mana management.
I use it and it works great. And to think I was talking of using mp5 a couple of months back... shame on me.
