TnT is still a strong talent, so it's both no surprise and no big loss that this isn't implemented.

I would have really enjoyed the skill gap that would let some people use the glyph and others just fail at it.

Yeah, if I were blizzard I would have put "Incineration" as a 41 pointer (not connected to ExS)
And have that say "Targets affected by your immolation trap receive X more physical damage and your explosive shots have a 100% chance to refresh your immolation trap"

That would have tied traps into Survival, bonded the fire and the physical dps part of the tree together and would have made a clear skill cap with the Immo Glyph.

It also wouldn't have complicated the shotrotation any further.

So What does this do for hunter shot rotation? Should we still run up to drop an Immo trap every 24 seconds (specced into faster Black Arrow) to proc LnL more? Sorry if this is rather late, I had a vacation and then was playing my main, so I'm just looking at my Hunter for the first time after 3.1.

EDIT: and thanks to actually trying it I find out that Black Arrow shares cooldown with traps. That answers that.

Off Topic: Xsarus... I died a little on the inside when I saw this subject line. I've been staring at Actionscript 3 all day. I came here to take a break and see some English but saw more dot syntax. Don't forget to end your statements;

Bummer that they decided to not give us that. I was really looking forward to it when I read the 3.1 patch notes. I'm not surprised that we didn't get it, though. It's practically free DPS on those couple of bosses that can be tanked-n-spanked in one spot.
