thanks but am not sure on what stats to go after with my setup more spirit and healing am guessing but i could be wrong
In my opinion yes they are worth getting and I am Holy speced.
I main heal 10 naxx still wearing the moonshroud robe, but use the Gloves of Token Respect now instead of the gloves.

head with Forgotten Shadow Hood
neck with Necromancer’s Amulet
Shoulder: with Mantle of Electrical Charges
mace with War Mace of Unrequited Love
Trinket with Spark of Life

One thing I would get done, is some ENCHANTS. You have like 2 pieces of gear with enchants on them. You can add like another 200 spell damage with enchants.
