It's normally not a huge issue if I eat breakfast; I just go to lunch when I get hungry.

But I get up at 5:30 so I can face my long-*** commute to work (70+ miles each way). So I've been up for nearly 5 hours without food, now.

And I think I'll be working late today. So I need to gauge getting food against the time I'll next be able to eat. Smiley: frown

I cannot go without breakfast, although when I was younger I never ate breakfast. Now, as long as I eat breakfast (even just a sausage burrito and a coffee), I usually get absorbed at the office and feel hungry around 5 - 6 p.m.

Of course, I don't leave the office until 8 p.m. and eating dinner at 9 p.m. isn't the healthiest thing to do. Oh how I wish my life would mesh better with my life.

And yeah, I NEVER ate breakfast until about two years ago. Now I hate when I forget.

If I don't have coffee, I'll end up with a headache that will essentially put me out of commission.

Though I often don't have any until after my commute. That sucks.

That's the reason I limit my caffeine intake to 1 cup a day. If I don't I have to drink coffee to avoid the headache from hell.

My breakfast is biscuit with chocolate sprinkles, coffee and a sandwich with something, usually cheese or meat. Sometimes yoghurt of custard if I'm lazy.

That's mostly the southern states. Too damn hot and humid to do anything there so you sit around and eat fried chicken all day. At least that's how I assume it is.

I do not understand.

With my home computers I clear cookies, passwords, etc. more often. That means I have to log in from there (which also partly explains why I hardly ever post on weekends). At work I could care less about my dinosaur workstation, and actually would prefer if it died so I can get a new one. Hence the ritualistic abuse, and never logging out of ZAM.

I doubt a ritualistic clearing of your passwords is going to meaningfully extend the life of your desktop, and as long as you save the login info in your browser clearing cookies isn't annoying.

It isn't a biggest deal I suppose, but it's a habit I've kept as part of the paranoid security bit on the home computer stuff. Clearing cookies, no saving passwords, etc.

I don't save passwords on anything I'd care about people getting into. My Zam account is not among those things.

Yeah, all that kind of stuff gets dumped when I close the browser. I suppose there could be a way to opt-out ZAM or something, but I've never tried to figure it out.
