It is 11:50 PM, why is it still 25°C in my house?
I think this heat is driving me insane, I'm even listening to Toto. TOTO! Seriously!

Edit: I found the Myles Kennedy songs on Slash's first album to be some of the lesser ones on there (The Ozzy, Lemmy and, surprisingly, Fergie songs are the best) still, I'll probably check it out.

We had a tradition at home for the longest time where we'd eat our dinner in front of the television whenever we could. I've watched everything from CSI splatter to Aliens goo while consuming various delicious meals.

Remember those early CSI episodes where they turned up the gore 100% during the reenactment scenes? You'd see a spine get crushed, a liver get pierced, lungs get smashed, skin get flayed... good stuff. Went well with pancakes.

Last time something made me nauseous while eating was when I decided to watch Saw IV while eating a big portion of spaghetti bolognese. That opening sequences with the autopsy of Jigsaw had me a bit sick, so I had to pause it.

Yeah, that. If I start listening to/singing along with ABBA next I'll know for sure I've gone crazy.

For some reason, most horror movies just make me hungry more than nauseous. If it's real stuff though I have a lot of trouble watching. I do not like to see hospital documentaries and whatnot.

The hardest thing in life is to put butter on a crisp break without it breaking.

Is crisp bread anything like beschuit?

Edit: Or do you mean knäckebrod? Cause that's not hard to put butter on from my experience.

Wheat flour, spices and grains, apparently. They're delicious with just butter on them.

Ah, I thought it looked like rye. Rye is jummy, we also have rye bread here, it tastes great with butter and cheese.

Also, Jopen (A Dutch brewery) makes an RPA (an IPA with rye), it's pretty good.

Edit: No rye anymore? Smiley: tongue

There's quite a few of them.

Edit: This one may be available to you. It's from a Danish brewery so sorta kinda close to you.

I see!
I'll have to go to Alko (a finnish alcohol shop) tomorrow or thursday to see what can I find.

Off to bed to read some Bukowski and fall asleep if I manage in this heat. G'night durids

I'm trying out for the next play tonight. It's going to be a lady pirate musical. Wish me luck that I get a good part and can find a job that won't interfere with rehearsal!

Haha, an "alko" is Danish slang for an alcoholic.

Wtf, Aeth, that beer is from Beer Shop? Never heard of that brewery.

Beer Here, and that's a fairly well known Danish craft brewery.

Also, pretty much all Finnish people are alcoholics anyway so the name's appropriate, no?

It's 11:00 AM, it's 35°C and cloudy. I'm so glad it's cloudy.

That'd be Dubai.

I'm in a room with A/C and two fans that are pointed right at me.

Also, I have a pretty severe rye allergy.

Alko is also shortening from Alkoholi, which is alcohol in finnish :p

And Aeth, yeah, apparently no rye anymore. Traditionally it was made from mostly rye, but nowadays not anymore.
