A client was upset that the animated .gifs from his site weren’t animated when printed out. I tried to explain that it simply wasn’t possible.

Client: Why are you lying to me? I know it’s possible - have you not seen the moving posters and pictures in Harry Potter!?

Yes, good, decent, CHRISTIAN and family friendly rainbows that are TOTALLY NOT GAY.
Also, I found this 50x50 pixel image on google that I'd like you to use for our billboard, you can photoshop that right?

I would have resorted to a noose and chair a long time ago.

It's looking more and more like it's going to be my life as well.
I've been designing logo's and making presentations and stuff for flyers for people more lately and the things I like photographing (ugly bearded men on stage and tombstones and the like) aren't going to be making me a whole lot of money.

So yeah, I've had requests to make a 100x60 pixel image fit an A4 paper and heard the "but they do that in CSI all the time, can't you do that with photoshop?" line when I told them that I can enlarge images but I can't do magic.
