But it would be nice if Pigtails would pop in. She's still posted on Facebook, so at least we know she's not dead. Not like that one time when Aeth was silent for like 50 pages.

Last time I didn't post here for a while was last summer when I was on vacation and pretty much internetless. Smiley: tongue

I sometimes don't get around to posting here because it's not at the top of my priority list of pages to check (below university pages, Facebook and reddit anyway).

TIL that the first best of collection of Alice Cooper was released in 1974.

1974... Their first album was out in 1969, okay, they released 7 albums from 1969-1973 but still... He's made 19 more studio albums since.
Also, a grand total of 19 best of albums... Lol

Yeah, 19 best of albums is a bit... strange, heh.

I feel all NREish today (have been all day, to the point of it getting annoying). There's no "NR", though...

NRE is nice though, so enjoy it? Smiley: tongue

There's a 4 CD boxset included in those 19. I'm not sure if there are more best of's with more than 1 CD.
But even then, 19 best of's for 26 albums, after the first 7 albums there's 1 best of for each new album. Ridiculous much?

But then again, he's sold over 50 million records.

Yeah, it's nice (if I had a proper outlet it'd be brilliant). There's just no "new" to it...

And yes, that is quite ridiculous.

Since when do you not have a proper outlet, don't you have your paki?

Couscous is jummy.
I had an amuse of artichoke and basil mousse with parma ham, then a spicy bell pepper soup, chicken filled with goat cheese, spring onion and thyme with potatoes, grean beans and honey gravy and a mocca ice mousse as desert.
I also had Westvleteren 8, Brasserie Dupont Avec les bons voeux and Great Divide Chocolate oak aged yeti. Those 3 together equals roughly a bottle of wine, consumed in under 3 hours. I'm a little tipsy.

Edit: The rest of the day was a success too, people used the barbeque to light a fire so much fun was had and they left dinner complaining about gained weight (but I don't have any leftovers at all).

Oh oh oh! I almost forgot about the loot!
- Enough cash to cover the meal and some extra, a good start for a pair of shoes or something (I really need new shoes)
- A gift card to a pretty big online store that has a big collection of CD's and DVD's, might get the re-release of Death's Sound Of Perseverance, Lamb Of God's new album or Orange Goblin's new album. Although I don't expect them to have the last one.
- a nice big cookbook, fairly basic but it looks like it has a lot of tasty stuff that doesn't require hours in the kitchen.
- a day at the sauna with my mom, looking forward to a day of doing nothing. Also some scrub salt to hold me over until we find a good day to go.
- a day to the zoo to take photos with my dad. Yay animals and photography <3
- a dinner with my siblings, parents and attachments from my sister and her boyfriend.
- a photo with me and my little sister + frame.
- a couple of good beers from my brother (although I'll have to buy em myself since he's 2 months too young to buy beer)
- a real black and gold versace towel. (It's huge, something like 80x160cm)
- and finally a pineapple, bock beers and fancy stroopwafels.

Way more than I expected.

edit: I almost forgot, I also got a CD with blues songs that Led Zeppelin has covered and some of my grandma's homemade jam.

Aaaand my cat has claimed the towel, when I tried to shov him off he jumped back on and gave me a look that clearly said ********** you, this is comfy and I'm not moving"

Yeah it's bad. I was surprised firefox said sooner was a word, then I thought about it some. I supposed to write up some guy's methods for his paper now too. I think I'll put that off until after more coffee. Smiley: rolleyes

He sent me a picture to look at though. Pictures are good.
