On a sidenote, I'm trying to upload pics to BeerAdvocate for the beers I have that they don't have pics of yet.
Their requirements for filesize are 150x300px (no problem and makes sense) and 20KB max.
20KB... even at very low settings I can't get my image (with a mostly black background) to go below 50KB. WTF?

Import it to paintshop and save it at a lower quality?

.jpg, saved at the lowest quality I could that still looks somewhat decent through photoshop. (and lower quality doesn't really reduce filesize much. It's barely noticeable.)

I also met a whole lot of Omanis in the last week, I think I want to check out the place sometime in the next 5 years.
And more Saudis. Actually one of my Saudi friends gave me some dates she brought back with her from there today. So much better than the ones you get in Europe... my other friend told me that she went to Mecca for a few days last week (the actual pilgrimage takes 20 days +, she was just attending a wedding there). CRAZY LIFE.

Nope. Never used anything besides PB, to tell the truth. I tend to avoid torrents in general (which isn't so hard, since my school has a DC network).
