I'm not 100% sure, but I think most ADHD meds are derivatives of Cocaine. I know Ritalin is, but I'm not sure if that's what your taking or if it's something else.
Yeah, it is. I'm taking the generic of Ritalin, but Adderall (Which I was taking the generic of before) is made out of very similar stuff as well. There seem to be a lot of misconceptions about ADHD meds in the general public though. There is a difference between ADHD meds and street cocaine.
The ADHD drugs are all related to Amphetamine. Also :-

Ritalin 10, Ritalin LA >< Alcohol - 1 Interaction
Interaction Severity: ModerateÂ
Documentation: LimitedÂ
The generic Methylphenidate hydrochloride (of Ritalin 10, Ritalin LA) has its toxicity increased by Ethanol.
Precautions to take:
1. Avoid combination.
Drug Interaction Details:
Alcohol may increase the serum concentration of methylphenidate resulting in increased CNS effects of methylphenidate. Alcohol markedly increased the AUC and maximum serum concentration of methylphenidate by approximately 25% and 40%, respectively, when administered either 30 minutes before or after methylphenidate. Avoid coadministration, especially in patients with a history of alcoholism or drug dependence.
Take care with the coffee as well. The double stimulant effect can be bad and increases the risk of stroke/heart attack even in young people. Reduce the caffeine to a level where your heart isn't racing to be safe.
