Possibly, yeah.

I must admit, I don't keep count on things like that. I just noticed that Pwnanza got ToGC25 50 because my chat got spammed with it.

The usual groups for ToGC have 2.5 healers, as you really don't want 3 healers at Anub but it's good before that assuming your dps is solid.

Having an ele/resto shaman or a healing/shadow priest is optimal.

We've always ran three healer and haven't had a single problem with it until we get to anub and our adds tank fails ******* miserably. Phase 3 healing is out of this world and having that third healer really does help.

I just hope I don't get pigeonholed into the ****** 10 man togc group, the other group has tribute to insanity :(

It might until someone takes that pcold spike.

I used to think phase 3 was easy sauce when I was dpsing. Then when I actually healed it on heroic, my perspective changed.

I would say its pretty close to like the first time I healed on illidan.

Of course you need to heal penetrating cold.
But nothing other than that and tanks.
Edit: I should add that it's 3 seconds before penetrating cold's first tick.
So healers have 3 seconds to keep the dps alive. (or dps to pop a frost prot pot if they haven't yet)

So how about that Eclipse nerf eh?

It's not so much a nerf as fixing "clever use of game mechanics"

I knew it was coming, since they put the kaibosh on rogue weapon switching for poisons.

We'll make due though. It sucks yeah and it sure as hell broke wiseeclipse but with the t8 nerf its making t9 that much better and seeing as i finally just switched to my 245 t9 4 piece it wont affect me.

Good thing I just buffed up my crit by a **** load.

"Just because spirit is better for resto druids then every other class doesn't mean I want that $#!% on my gear."

We're having a fun little discussion about loot rules and rolling priority on our guild website, good times. :D

Anyone know much you'd value a missed taunt? Hit being a "meh" stat for tanks, but a missed taunt having the potential to cause a wipe... *shrugs* Gotta love drama!

Dude, want some of my hit rating? 377 at the moment.

Edit: Fun story time. Oculus is the daily today and I went in there with two guildies and two pick-ups. You know that guy who throws Frostbombs and you have to kite him around? Yeah, well, at 40% the healer and ranged DPS folded. At 30% the two melee DPS fell. At 10% I died due to a fail move on my end.

That's right, baby. I soloed a heroic boss from 30% to 10% and only died because I had a fail moment and ran the wrong way when he started casting his AOE ****. I could've soloed him from 30% if I had my raid trinket on. I made two full circuits on that platform thing and the other group members kept discussing my inability to lie down and die for the entire duration. It was fun.

Me? Naw I'm good. Thanks for asking though! However, I know a hunter and a bear druid who are apparently willing to fight endlessly over it. ;-)

Congratz on the mad tanking skills btw! :D

Well, as a hunter.
I don't want your hit.
I have 166 and that's 2 too many already.

Got to love 3% hit from talents <3

I have 377 which is, what, 100 more than I need?

I love my 40 expertise, though. Smiley: grin

Guild has yet to make it to Anub in ToGC. I myself have been there with a PuG on a week where I missed the guild run lol. I don't remember if we had 2 or 3 heals in that run though.

I DPS'd something today.

I did Ony 10 and I broke 5k.

DPS is fun if I rarely have to do it, otherwise it bores me.

All that moving around and tracking stuff. blaah

I like tank. Way easier.

Plus was just after a ToC25 that was just after the guild main ToC10 run. I let some pally MT Anub at first but his lack of finesse positioning, armor and masterful kiting of Anub before he borrowed meant Maka got to tank das kill.

Then on that Ony run I beat all the guild DPS, the only guy that beat me is in one of the better 25 man guilds on the server.

Blatant bragging and epeen stroking is now done.

On a side note, I got me a trophy.

Have the 245 crafted chest. So...

Also have the 4 piece via badge gear all ready.

I'll investigate tomorrow but if some other bear tank all ready did the math... HINT HINT HINT

Generally speaking, head is one of the biggest movers and shakers in overall gains; running you through Rawr seems to agree with that assessment, gaining about 9k in overall stat score compared to the 6-8k for the other pieces.

Crusader Orbs took a spontaneous nosedive on my server, coming out less than 500g each, so I splurged and bought up what I need to make a 2nd chest piece for tanking (already have one for dps)...if I can get a good deal on the Furs and then farm my own Eternals, I'll come out less than 6k total cost Smiley: grin

*sigh* If my raid group splits up because a hunter lost the Pyrite Infuser to a feral druid, this is another sad chapter in the history of WoW looting. The hunter is an alt and the feral is an off-spec, yay for pointless drama.

All I have to say is a Mage got the Spark of Hope in the same run and both me and the Priest are long over it...

What in god's name was he using before that would make SoH an upgrade?

Badge trinkets are better by miles...

She had some blue thing, you'll have to excuse my ignorance as to what it was. It solved her mana limitations, no doubt to that, I really can't argue with a 400 point jump in DPS while wearing Uld/Naxx/Herioc gear.

Regardless, I'm sure we could have found a better way to do it, heck me and the priest would have both chipped in 2k gold to buy some crafted piece of gear if it meant one of us got the spark. ML is obligated to give the item to the highest roll, unless the winner passes, regardless of the degree of upgrade. We're discussing that flaw in the system, hence the endless debate. *sigh*

I can't fathom having any blues in raids anymore; you can get an Abyssal Rune with a few hours in ToC regular, and a Sundial of the Exalted takes less than 10 heroics.
