So happy today. Managed to go over my net cap (downloaded 2 games from steam) 10 days ago and have been on a 56k connection since then - Dalaran and raiding have been out of the question fo rthat time. But my account has ticked over now and I am back to full speed :)

Longest 10 days of my life.

Why are you running on a connection with a download cap?

Anyway, guys, I'm having some issues with my professions. I love Alchemy and Herbalism, but since I'm playing my Druid pretty much full-time now, I'd like some professions that made a bit more gold. I've considered switching out Alchemy for Skinning, but I'm not sure if I like losing out on my Endless potions and gem transmutes. Being able to make those epic gems is an easy 100g profit or so a day.

I use professions on my druid for raiding. LW/JC

For money go Mining/Herbalism.

Keep trasnmuting gems and make and sell flasks.

Pending on your server the flask market can be big cash.

The JC market is big if you xmute into epic gems with procs on the reg that can be big loot.

Arex is right about that but the traditional gold makers are mining and herbs.

I went a little overboard last night and bought up half the Frost Lotus market on my server in order to make about 28 flasks of various types. I think I ended up with 35 or 40 or so thanks to the extra bottles from the profession mastery. Hardest part now is trying not to flood the market.

I've never once seen a gem transmute produce a second one, though. I guess it's because I don't have transmute mastery. Might have to look into getting that instead and just selling herbs and such.

Druid tag team is now level 66. Suprisingly my other half is obsessed with tree healing and I'm obsessed with bear tanking. Role Reversal ftw.

Tree and Bear druid leveling team?

Dang, you must have zero issues with group quests.

So, apparently I'm my guild's new OT since the MT got tired of running with a double Paladin setup since we've got so many Paladin DPS/healers already. Basically it means one extra DPS buff (LotP) and more loot for him, plus I get to do some tanking which is always nice.

After having successfully off-tanked Onyxia 10-man he felt that I was ready to off-tank Sarth as well. And I did. It was loads of fun so I'm real excited about next week where I'll be off-tanking ToC10. Would be my first full ToC10 run as well.

Our Rogue is concerned about me rolling on his loot, though, but I told him not to worry. I'm just there for the thrill of the hunt, not the bounty. Smiley: grin

Take all is loot. Have no mercy. Feeding on the tears of rogues is a druids job both in PvP and when raiding.

Well, Rogues actually seem to destroy me in PvP. Granted, I don't have any PvP gear, but still, you'd think 40k health, 30k armor and 12% damage reduction counted for something.

I bought a house 5 mins fromt he centre of town (7th biggest in Australia) but just out of range of ADSL. Thought I was screwed cause all I could get was Telstra's wireless 3G internet. Luckily we live basically under the tower so the connection is really good (well 300-350 ping which is good for Australia).

My mage is a JC/Alchemist. Gotta love making IcyPrisms every day and transmuting the gems to epic. At least 100g profit each day (without transmute procs) and sometimes you get a bonus in the icy prism - an epic gem or like yesterday when I scored a dragons eye. The prisms used to be too expensive, but now that the frozen orbs are real cheap it's great. 1-200 g a day for 2 minutes work :)

I switched from Elixir to Transmute Mastery as well. Flasks are very cheap on my server and very common so there's no real profit in making and selling them. The 40ish flasks I made from my 1500g shopping spree gave me a slight (100g) profit so that definitely wasn't worth it. On my first epic transmute since I switched I got two gems out of it, so that was a quick 300g profit right there.

Plus, being able to sell all the herbs should be quite profitable. If I can get myself to farm Sholazar and Icecrown once in a while.

Stuff in the guild has been getting lax.

I'm going total douche bag mode the next few weeks to get everyone in line.

Raiding has become to all over the place. Have to be myself. I've been to nice lately.

It will be nice. I love being mean. They kids need it and I have been in bad mood anyway.

The guild will feel my wrath. They need it, they need to get with the program.

I need to explode on people.

Its been a bad month.

You know, Horse, you could probably boil all of that down to a haiku poem.

Would make a nice GMOTD, don't you think?

Yay! I got my Raven mount!

I don't even know how many times I did that place, but it's in the low end. Probably even less than 10 times.
