They can (or should be able to) stop a scene with their safe word if they don't like what's going on. Plus scenes are supposed to be pre-negotiated. So both parties know what's going to happen and are okay with it. D/s is a bit difficult to explain in any case, but there's tons of information in the different groups on Fetlife that explain it better than I could. =x

I'd love to go to a Beltane festival in England someday. I went to a local Beltane festival last year and it was pretty dull for the most part. The Maypole dance was fun, but the energy of a lot of the people wasn't good either. They were getting annoyed because some people weren't doing it right or some ****...
