Anything other than 2 cubes of ice in Whisky is blasphemy. Anything other than Irn Bru in Irn Bru is blasphemy. You just committed double blashpemy. You're going to hell.

Two cubes of ice seems a bit much for good whisky.

My other Scottish friend does that. I don't want to mix them because they're bad without each other, I just like them that way, too!

And having caffeine or alcohol separately is a bad idea for me.

Having both might be, too. I don't know.

I eat the ice as I'm drinking. Once the Whisky gets to the right temperature, then the ice is usually gone by then. Also, the only ice you should ever put in Whisky is ice that's made from the water that was used in the whisky making process at the distillery, but that's not practical in the slightest. Saying that, My old neighbour used to go and buy a few litres of water from the distillers every six months or so, just to turn it into ice. Saying that, he's also got a cabinet full of whisky worth about £10,000, and he's welsh, which makes him completely crazy.

This spell checker is doing my head in, it keeps trying to change things to american spellings, making me actually think if I've spelled something wrong or not.

My spell checker alerted me to the fact that I have started using Scottish vernacular. I didn't realise at all. I should be all Scottish vocab, Irish accent and stuff. That would be hot.

My voice is all raspy because of the weekend, so that would be /extremely/ hot.

ETA: Brisin, I'm gonna make you drink Irn Bru in London. Then you should drink more in Edinburgh because they actually sell the large cans up there.

Nah, it's more like Scottish Mountain Dew.

Edit: I was actually thinking, for Nottingham I can point you to three pubs that are plain amazing, and I can ask my friends which decent ones are open past midnight, if you want. For the other places I have people to ask, too, but don't really have much personal experience - apart from most London pubs being ****.

When did you want to meet up, though? Give me a date so I can get a train ticket, please.

So, Pigtails, my schools gay pride organization invited Mal Blum to play tonight, and she played a song that made me think of you (it was about poly-amory lol).

I couldn't find the song on her website, so it probably hasn't been put on an album yet.

What if they're cute heart shaped icecubes? Smiley: grin

As for the whole attendance thing: The Dutch/Math.English classes are literally "here's the website, have fun" with a teacher who isn't better at any of the three subjects and most likey a lot worse at English and Math than I am. I already have the required level for all 3 subjects anyway so I have better things to do, like +1ing here, because I've learned more English on ZAM than I have in classes Smiley: lol

Also, idiggory, Gay pride as in an annual event or is it an actual organization/year round thing?

They do organize annual events, but this one wasn't--it was just something they chose to do for their major event for gaypril. :P

Sounds cool, is it a monthly thing then? Or do you only have gaypril and not whatever you can figure out with the other months> (May would be easy, march or june a little harder I guess)

Gaypril's the month where they focus a lot of the LBGTQ awareness and community outreach stuff. It's probably their busiest time of the year, as it definitely has more programs than other months. For the Fall semester, there isn't really any single month that's most important--it just depends on how the planning goes.

I've been reading a whole lot about poly things again because I've definitely got some serious NRE going on now and I won't meet that person without some sort of chaperone (like a small child) before either I can just be with them, or the NRE wears off, whichever happens first.

Brisin, which day do you want to meet, anyway? I should book a train ticket.

#5046 Apr 14 2011 at 8:11 AM Rating: Good
No relationship, just the energy. And tag-team babysitting and stuff.

So mostly just the wanting.

Also, tag team babysitting sounds strange >.>

We need a child as a chaperone because with just the two of us we'd end up shagging or something. We have a child available that we share an interest with and the parents won't mind having a day to themselves. Plus, the kid could totally be ours, skin and hair colour wise!

I have read some weird **** in my time, but this...

What the hell happened to just getting drunk, ******** around and doing the Walk of Shame early next morning? Now we're doing relationships for the endorphin/phenylethylamine boost? We're love junkies? We're love junkies!

We're love junkies that use kids to fuel our addiction.

I'm calling it right now: This will end badly.

What, I hang out with that kid anyway!

And I will now have to wade through 55GB of image files to find something very specific. Eugh.

But using the kid as a crutch to not give into your desires still has BAD IDEA written all over it.

And to be honest, it's a matter of time before it goes wrong.
