I eat the ice as I'm drinking. Once the Whisky gets to the right temperature, then the ice is usually gone by then. Also, the only ice you should ever put in Whisky is ice that's made from the water that was used in the whisky making process at the distillery, but that's not practical in the slightest. Saying that, My old neighbour used to go and buy a few litres of water from the distillers every six months or so, just to turn it into ice. Saying that, he's also got a cabinet full of whisky worth about £10,000, and he's welsh, which makes him completely crazy.
This spell checker is doing my head in, it keeps trying to change things to american spellings, making me actually think if I've spelled something wrong or not.
