It has lots of words you should be familiar with, like "using", "if", and "addition".

I left out the completely insane annotations that are actually in English.
Alphabet soup has words too.

You guys make my brain hurt with all your math and coding questions. I'm so glad I'm an English major... although I suppose if I actually knew what the hell you guys were talking about, my brain would hurt less.

I'm going to go in a corner over here and read Chaucer or something...

The spoiler will make your brain explode.

Horse, that looks ugly. :(

Also, yay, I finally got Linux again, and I forgot how awesome it is to just type sudo apt-get install vlc and have VLC. Also irssi. Irssi is awesome.

One of these days when I'm not feeling lazy I'm going to install linux on my laptop and stop vm'ing it. But that requires work.

apt-get is the greatest ******* command known to man, that and the crontab. Both are the best damn things I've ever used.

I'm currently debating if I should get another degree after I finish my IT. Network Security seems like a sexy thing to have, but it will entail all online courses to do so. Much thinking I must do.

If I get HoN for my gaming needs, I am seriously thinking of converting my Windows partition to one for another Linux distribution or some funny OS.

Also, Arex, installing Ubuntu is really quick and effortless.

Yeah, I've installed Ubuntu before, along with opensuse and fedora. I had to use Ubuntu for my linux final project this semester.

Lets just say getting su to work and then ssh was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier in ubuntu through command line than it ever was doing it graphically in opensuse.

The one thing that really pissed me off was I was going to use fedora but every time i would try to do updates they would either fail while doing an install or the updates never stuck.

I found suse less usable than gentoo when I tried it.

You should come back to WoW because it's more fun than it has been in a very very long time and Aposematic is decently active with about 8 people at the moment. Smiley: smile

This thread needs less nerdy codes and more beer.

Truest story ever told.

I whole heartedly agree, and I don't even like beer. Granted I've never tried any imported beer, just the domestic crap that's made here and tastes like sewage water.

People here actually like Pabst Blue Ribbon... why I have no idea. It's the worst beer I've ever had. One time before I was 21 some friends of mine and I were getting drunk off of it (we didn't have anything else) and I had to go get a chaser because it was so disgusting I couldn't get it down any other way.

You live in freaking Orygun, they have like 9001 awesome microbreweries in the area.

Why would you ever drink crappy beer, it would almost be like going to visit Maz or Aeth and ordering a Bud Light.

Fixed, you can't get Budweiser here for as far as I know and it can't be much worse than Heineken.

Cheap beer is awful, high quality beer is a completely different drink.
And the good beer usually packs more punch too.
Check BeerAdvocate for beer reviews of good beers.

Edit: Also my personal favourite

I suppose this is the right time to say "that game you mention doesn't run on my OS of choice and I cannot be bothered logging in to Windows, or for that matter paying monthly subscription fees, especially for a game my connection clearly can't handle"?

Also, got free wine and beer today. Need to get up in 4 hours, just got home. Fun tiems.

Home of the Rogue Brewery in the Pearl District in downtown Portland. A place I plan on frequenting in March when the wife and I go out that way.

Last time I was in Oregon I drank so much craft beer it was amazing. ND is not known for beer. Or anything for that matter.

As for cheap beer. I drink Keystone Light because its cheap as hell, tastes like water, gets you stupid drunk, and I used to play beer pong with it back in the days.

But on a much nicer side. I purchased a Jameson 12 Year bottle the other day. Only two drinks out of it so far and homgz its so ******* tasty. I <3 whiskey!

Just tanked a 5 man heroic, LC, with the Leroy Jenkins guild folks. Was awesome. Smoothest run with randoms ever.

Asked them at the end. As the guild tag was, PALS FOR LIFE and they were from Laughing Skull.

5k ding and met people that were WoW famous. Awesome night.

It's always good to do a random with people who are actually skilled although the downside is that the brainless idiots in the next PuG are twice as painful to endure.
