This thread is more on topic then almost any I've seen. 3500 posts and it still contains bored druids. That's as on topic as you can get IMO. Smiley: wink

Seriously. We talked about the sticky here, random druid stuff and things so we don't get bored and cause trouble elsewhere.

You need enough crit rating to generate enough CPs to sustain you rotation after that focus on mastery. Haste still sucks. Hit/Exp still are great and should be capped.

Well ok I wouldn't mind the Priests but they have cookies.

I'm now 75% (i.e. 37500 words) into my NaNo.

The plot has sort of gotten out of control and now my main character is a cyborg, one of her friends is a Scotsman with a pet raptor and there are unicorns and a Philosopher's Vine.

I approve of this plot. Smiley: thumbsup

You can read the draft when I'm finished if you want.

It's horribly written, though. And far too random to be good fiction.

Would it be ok if I was drunkenly accused random forum goers of being hippies?

Also I did ICC10 for the 1st time since 4.x.x, it was easier than I thought controlling trash.

Cleared through Sindy in ~3 hours, then broke up as some folks was sleepy.

Still pissed as the guild was at her around 15-20% buff then encountered mass fail after a few stopped being as reliable.

Point being I got an achievement for a fight that was progression a long time ago. I have alts that have had it for a long time.

:(

The priests have Teacake so the priests have cookies.
Also, the priests have Teacake and Teacake is awesome.

It's already snowing here. It wasn't supposed to start until this afternoon.

Great, now I have to decide if I'm going to risk staying at work and getting caught in the snow like last year, or bugger out early and take vacation time.

Decisions, decisions...

It's not snowing here in Eugene yet. I was really hoping it was going to snow today so I'd have a good reason for not going to class (we live up on a hill and when it snows we pretty much can't go anywhere safely) instead of my usual reasons (I'm depressed and/or exhausted from insomnia).

Apparently it's supposed to snow here tomorrow, which sucks because tomorrow I have my counseling appointment and work, so I'd rather not be snowed in for those two things.

What time is class? There's still hope! Smiley: grin

Actually we just got a burst of it then it stopped again, but there's a lot of green on the radar. I just started into a 2 hour reduction and alkylation procedure, so I'm praying anything significant holds off until noon.

Class was at 8:30, so no luck there. :-( And I didn't sleep again last night, so I'm pretty wiped. I actually did go to class though, yay me! I'm going to try to make it to my 2pm class, but I may just go home and crash now.

I'm jealous of your snow.
We're supposed to get some by Friday but it'll probably be gone within an hour and leave a cold, slippery and disgusting looking mess everywhere instead of white snowy prettiness.
#3523 Nov 22 2010 at 12:45 PM Rating: Good
Don't bother being jealous of my snow at least. Snow in Eugene is pathetic really. It doesn't even snow here every winter, but when it does we usually only get a few inches max. Not even enough to make a snowman. :-( I don't know what part of Oregon Proteinguy lives in, but Eastern Oregon gets some good snow. Oregon is a peculiar state climate wise. Everyone thinks of lots of green and trees and sometimes the ocean when they think of Oregon, but only about a third of Oregon actually looks like that. Most of it looks more similar to Nevada or Utah.

I'm up in Portland, and guessing I was only seeing snow as my job is up in the west hills. It doesn't sound like it's down in the valley yet as my wife is doing errands, and it's still just drizzling on her. Either way though, I'm punching out early. Was stuck in the snow for 5 hours last year with a 1 year old, and no diaper bag. Not recommended... Smiley: frown

We had snow last Friday. Good times.

It's supposed to drop to -12ºC sometime this week. The fun of living on an island in the north.
