Ya the damn Thrusting Bands dropped 1 time during all of my N25 runs and the pickins to replace are very slim. Those blues are just that well itemized.

AMG, loot! 8.5 gloves and pants last night, puts me 3/4 on tier stuff, just need chest and/or shoulders. Apparently I have a new ring coming to me as well, as the DK who rolled against me Tuesday already had one and didn't notice/forgot/whatever, so he ticketed it to be sent my way.

3shotted 25 mimiron on our very first night of ever setting foot in his area too (some of us have seen it on 10, but by and large it was rookie season). The speed of improvement was rather amusing, on the first try we lost like half the raid on the first lightning nova, and the other half to the first laser barrage.

You do know that you are waayyyyyyy over the hit cap, right?

We did a half-guild half-PuG Naxx 25 over the past couple days. I got a ton of new gear and brought up my SP by about 100, crit rating by an inordinate amount (I have way too much crit. WAY too much.) and my haste rating by a little bit.

Yet I'm not really noticing a DPS difference, I'm thinking I just fail at moonkin, but I'm enjoying it too much more than feral to switch back.

Lol, its all good with that trinket.

What I can see though is you should replace your off hand with Ward of the Violet Citadel. Its from badges so run a couple heroics and you're golden. That'll help with your hit rating and allow you to drop some of the hit gems.

Also, enchant your chest with 8 or 10 stats whichever is easiest for you to afford. You'll want 23 haste to your cloak but it's not the most imperative thing at the moment.

For your trinket here are some viable alternatives that aren't too terribly hard to get. Titan Forged Rune of Accuracy and Battle Master's Accuracy. Yes both are from pvp but thats going to free up quite a bit of hit rating so you can gem more spell power or haste.

The rest really will just come with general upgrades from raiding. You're on track.

As for this, make sure you have squawkandawe downloaded and running that will help you track your eclipse and if you don't have it now, you're going to see a nice increase in your dps.

Other than all this, find a practice dummy and go to town. Don't clip your dots, don't clip eclipse. Profit from practice.

OS with crap gear (PVP ring and trinket anyone?) and making guildies come with you is fun.

Also on the pieces of gear that should have been replaced far too long ago...

Even someone as simple as Noth seems to hate me.

My gear is a mix of naxx25 and uld10/25 gear.

Self buffed im around.

31k life, 37% dodge, 5k ap, 35% crit and 30k armor.

I'm rather happy with the way it turned out. Plus cat is so much fun and retardly faster than balance. Instead of sitting there for 2 and a half seconds for a one shot I go up to something and go RAWR! and they go "WHY IS ANIMALZ ON MAH FACE?!?!?!" and then I go "RAWR AGAIN!" and they go "...bleh I'm dead!"

It's fun.

I'll make sure to log out in my feral gear tonight after Yogg.

EDIT: On a funnier note. While heavily intoxicated on Saturday night, which lead me to my feral respec. I made the amazing discovery that since I've been healing as resto, alongside my balance main spec, since the beginning of Naxx up into Ulduar, arenas and bgs. I have had rank 2 wild growth and never trained to rank 4.

Rank 4 is level 80.

I made this discovery and immediately, in my drunken stupor, told everyone on vent and many hilarious comments followed at my expense. I'm laughing about it now.

This doesn't really compare to what most of y'all have done, but it was pretty neat from my perspective. In an effort to hurry up (don't laugh) and get my 70 druid to Northrend, I had it in my head that I wanted to do the Nesingwary quest line in Nagrand. Nobody in my small guild was on, so I took it upon myself to solo it. Mind you, I'm wearing gear that is half vanilla WoW and half easy Outland gear (low level instances, quest rewards). The one exception being my staff from the Arena of Blood event in Nagrand. Me likey the staff.

The first and second sets were just regular mobs, and I am level 70, so I use a combo of cat and bear to knock them down in quick order. Then comes the three archetype elite mobs. I have a good go at them and take them out without dying. Woot!

Finally, it's time for Tusker the big elekk. I test her immunity to root and sure enough she is immune. I run away and reset aggro. After a good fight that is nip and tuck I take down Tusker solo. It was one of the more fun fights I've had as a druid. I felt like I was using the tools at my disposal.

Flushed with the success from that, I tried to solo the demon forge camp quests, and found I could. I even soloed the demon in the tavern in Lower City. I want to try to solo the big demons at the center of the forges, but I have a bad feeling about them hehe. Still, I intend to try. Wish me luck. Go, druids!
