1 is a ratedown, -2 is the third ratedown in a row, 6 is a rateup.
The system is wonky though, once someone's post reaches unrated (below 1.00) any rate down except the third in a row actually becomes a rate up and people who are hated enough to be rated down to unrated tend to keep getting rated down even if they're unrated.

Edit 2: There's an issue with the times on Allakhazam, I think it can't deal with summer and winter times or such as it's an hour off of where I am.
