Yeah I'm a slacker poster myself. I've had this account for over 5 years and I haven't quite hit 3k posts. A large part of that time I wasn't a regular poster though, so that's my excuse.

Christmas creep is getting out of hand.

Day after Thanksgiving is when the stuff should go up, end of November for those with out turkey day. At the rate things are going decorations will be year round with in a few years.

The political ads are only bad/annoying because 99.99% of them are attack ads or vague. If they actually said what the person planned on doing/believed in then I wouldn't mind them so much.

My wife loves christmas and loves decorating our house. So the halloween decorations she had up have come down and christmas decorations will gradually start appearing over the next few weeks.

I on the other had work in retail (pharmacy/drugstore) and therefore am not particularly fond of the weeks before christmas - it is a lot of pain for a 2-3 day holiday.

There's no room for Christmas until after Sinterklaas, which is December 5th.
And if it's my call, there's no Christmassy stuff until it's actually Christmas and after those two days we forget all about it (aside from the leftovers) until next year.

But since I like looking at pretty women in lingerie, I can stick a week or so on either side for the avatar. Smiley: grin

I don't think there are many options for outdoor lighting at our place, which kinda sucks for decorating. We'll get a tree, the cat will liberate some christmas ornaments, and my daughter will chase the cat around the house until someone knocks over the tree.

WoW-wise we brought someone new into cleanse the plague, and had our first real attempt at LK that wasn't about cleansing practice. 42% and fingers crossed now.
