To be honest though, I'd rather spend 30DKK more for a gamecard than have the ****** healthcare I've got at the moment.

Did I mention that Danish is a freaking awesome language yet? I'm so gonna pester you with questions, Maz. >:3

I'm also apparently turning 30 or something this weekend. I think that means I'm old, I'm not too sure though. If anyone asks I'll just say I stopped paying attention at 21, and everything after that is a blur. Because that sounds about right... Smiley: tongue

I had that happen to me a while ago if I recall.

It kind of fuzzy.

I still have a couple years before I hit 30. And I thought Horse turned 30 back when Carter was president...

Finally passed 6k GS on my Druid, landing at 6018 after buying the off-set gloves and switching out the off-set legs for T10 264 legs. I was way over hit cap and lacked expertise, so I sacrificed 300 health and got 82 expertise rating in exchange, plus 30 GS which pushed me over the top. With the new gloves (used T10 251 gloves before to get the 2p bonus), those 300 health are probably gained anyway, since the off-set gloves have one gem slot more than T10.

Now I just need one mark from ICC25 and I'll be 264+ across the board. Completely crap gear composition, but it makes finding pugs easier. Casuals can raid too, it's just a completely different world where gear > skill. Gotta love it.

While GS is a terrible measure of player skill etc. I must confess to liking it. It gives me something to aim for - and gives me a measurement of how geared my alts are. Having killed bosses doesn't mean much because other than guild runs you are lucky to find PuG's that get to 6/12 and at best only ever do 10/12. It is very difficult to measure DPS because everytime you do a fight you will have different buffs, RNG, etc so you can only give a ballpark figure which doesn't seem to change much with upgrades (who can tell a 100dps upgrade when RNG can raise or lower your DPS by 1-2k!).

So my "scorecard" so far is: -

6050 Druid
5800's Hunter & Mage
5200's Priest & Shaman
5000 DK
4700-4800 Rogue, Warlock & Warrior
3800 Paladin

My rough aim is to have everyone over 5k by Cataclysm but having farmed full Triumph gear on 9 toons, i'm dreading hitting up the heroics on my pally atm so I took some time off this week and finished my Loremaster on Rarebëast (got it last night!).

Well.. after getting all the resto gear I could possibly want and just raiding for offspec which is sad damn sad... I'm trying to finish all farmable rep possible so I can finally take off this hideous Tank spec and switch to my moonkin love <3 so I can go do PVP achievements and random crap and actually do damage for a change.

Time to go farm Keepers of time rep!
I also finished Well read today thank god.. wee.

I already mentioned the tree, right?

We went to the cyber cafe last night, and when we came back the road was blocked by a tree. I have no idea how that got there.

After a week of Warhammer Online, jumping on my Druid to do some PvP was sort of fun. Warhammer lags like you wouldn't believe it (constant 1-2 second delay) and dodging incoming damage is more important that nuking someone down (at least if you play a tank). This has honed my reflexes to precognitive levels as the delay in WoW seems to be 0.1-0.2 seconds most of the time for me.

I was doing stealth runs, jumping people, applying bleeds, running away, charging someone else, doing some mayhem with Barkskin (-20% damage taken, -25% chance to be crit due to glyph) and watching those bleeding bastards whack away at my 50k health pool. The epic really started to pour in when I stealthed around an Alliance assault group and opened up on their healers. I managed to nuke one sorry ******* down before some DPS realized what was happening, and just as I thought I was going to get focus fired and die, a Resto Druid came out of stealth and healed me while I raked in some more kills.

Man, good times. I've missed AV.

Edit: The fun thing about ambushing the healers in a BG like Alterac Valley is that usually healers are left standing just behind the ranged DPS, so no one really notices until the healers cry out, or someone spots me. Then the melee DPS runs back to the healers in a panic attempt to kill me, allowing our group to zerg the entire thing. One moment I'm killing healers with no defense, the next I'm being focus fired by several melee DPS and suddenly I'm getting focus healed by two healers while our melee DPS are chopping stuff to shreds.

I don't understand why some people are still posting beta key threads when the contest ended weeks ago. Is this come cruel joke by a really bored person or are some people that slow? Smiley: dubious

I choose to believe that no one is really that slow, because those people will eventually have offspring and in a couple of centuries, my offspring's offspring would have to wage war on them to quell the stupid before it runs amok.

Or maybe, unless they know it's a cognate, vi kunne bruge dette sprog til at kalde dem idioter - og de vil ikke engang vide det!

No I did not use Google Translate, and yes I am that bored.

Wait, you're not one of the Danish guys roaming these forums, are you? I know there are a couple of them somewhere around here, though I suppose most of them are asleep now.

If not, how the hell did you manage to create a coherent, not to mention grammatically correct (at least to a degree where I'm doubting your nationality), sentence in my language? It's creepy, because Kali is still only spouting random insults and stuff her guildies lead her to believe are common Danish phrases.

Wait a minute... posting from CA since 2009... er du en emigrant? :O

Hvis og hvis, min røv er spids - og fyldt med marmelade.

What does CA mean? I get this feeling that it doesn't mean what I think it means.
