If you're the GM you can start bossing people around a bit.
Or get a mean officer to do it for you.
Also, definitely log your raids for WoL so you can see who is underperforming the most, and if you can determine why.

And as a general thing, have you tried telling people that they're not cutting it/demanding from them that they improve?
What I also recommend is having people state in /raid or over vent why they died and don't accept "I don't know".
Of course, if you wipe you only have to hear that from the people who died before things got out of hand.
Checking if what they say is correct in Recount is also a must. (Not because I think people lie about it that much, but because people are just wrong very often)

In my experience, if people realize why they died and are forced to admit that they've made a mistake they don't make that mistake again anytime soon.

Edit: I forgot to add, this also stops other people from making the mistake as they just heard what went wrong and why.
It is your task then to make sure it's not seen as ridiculing someone but as a learning process and needed to improve and kill bosses etc.
Not the easiest task, one that will get you to say "It's not to ridicule you, it's so we can all learn from it" and more of those things like a broken tape. Smiley: tongue

Tell me you're not one of those lame retards who go out and don't buy Wrath of the Lich King just so they can take their level 70 tier decked characters into AV and pwn some lowbies.

Because, as much as I sympathize with twinks and how Blizzard ruined your game to not ruin it for millions of others, those twinks can just go die in a fire.

Edit: Yes, my alt just hit level 60 and AV is crawling with people in SWP gear.

Which is why I hope he's not one of those lame retards in mention. That would break my heart.

I know some of them do it because having to wait hours on a twinked AV is teh sucks, but it basically ruins AV for everyone else in the 60's and 70's brackets. Why the hell they didn't make AV 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and then a separate 80's bracket, I don't know. They did with all the other battlegrounds.

New beta trees, feral still makes this happen unless going hard core tank build. click

Only missing 2% Shred damage and 6% less spell damage from Resto. Minor trade offs for the perfect OT, the tree does have no crit immune talent as well.which must be an oversight but still would likely not change the OT perfection potential.

Imp Feral Charge isn't that impressive for cat or bear, I sincerely doubt being able to Ravage all of once at the start of every fight will make a significant enough difference.

I still don't buy the need for 6% less spell damage unless they're planning to remodel the amount of magic damage taken on a regular basis (which based on mmo-champ posted blues is not likely).

So we're still in super-feral mode, assuming crit immunity is automatic in some fashion (unlikely). If they add the crit immunity talent back in separately from everything else we have now, then we'll actually have to make a choice and cat will start to suffer if you try to maintain your bear talents...but at the moment it isn't so.

I can't think of anything druid-like to write. Except that they still haven't fixed the resto Cata tree, but I guess everyone already figured that out for themselves.

I realized when playing my warlock that I could just re-summon my pet when she runs out of mana, and then she comes back with full mana and health. Only took me 50 levels to get that figured out. Good times. Smiley: lol

Why would she run out of mana?

Wait, what spec and pet are we talking about? You said 'she', so I'm assuming Succy? Why are you taking so long to kill stuff?

Destruction PvP. With 2 points in Demonic Power the Succy really holds threat quite well. I was running around chain pulling the rotting bears in Felwood farming bear flanks for my cooking skill. I'd send her in, loot the corpse of the previous victim, immolate, corruption, CoA, wand, wand, wand and repeat. After a few minutes without a break she goes OOM though. I don't really have anything to get a good mana return, and without mana there's no holding threat. So I realized I could just re-summon her, and she came back full-o-mana.

I was happy. Smiley: grin

Have you tried Affliction? It's excellent for chain-pulling.

Just plop Unstable Affliction, Corruption and Curse of Agony on everything, Life Tap a couple of times and run around while whistling the Devil's Trill. With the Felhunter out, it'll run around behind you and pick off the mobs one by one with Shadow Bite, replenishing its own mana in the process.

Assuming you're level 50. Might want to consider the Glyph of Corruption if you prefer a higher chance to proc Shadow Trance.

Ya, I'm here atm, working towards here eventually. I wanted to practice destruction while I leveled, since it was what I intend to play at end-game, but it's finally starting to be a pain outside of PvP situations.

I love the damage I can take right now though (those bears were only hitting for about 45-55 against 3k hit points), and PvP is awesomeness, but soloing is a bit slow. No Fel Concentration makes drain life pretty much a waste of mana atm, and the fel hunter feels pretty weak in destruction (plus didn't have the snap aggro), hence the Succy. I guess she's better looking anyway, so no complaints. Life tap + bandage works good with that large health pool as well. Smiley: wink

What I probably should do is pick up dual spec and grab something like that affliction spec you linked. That way I can do both better. Also getting my heirloom staff might be nice, as my weapon is level 31 still. A new wand would be helpful too... Smiley: rolleyes

Once you hit 60, respec and shove all your points into destruction, Chaos Bolt crits are usually a oneshot. But I've since learned that it's better to start with immolate just in case you don't crit with Chaos Bolt, that way you can two shot mobs with Chaos Bolt and Conflagrate :D

We can live beside the ocean

Hmmmm.....

Just redid my numbers after getting some more sparklies.

Spellpower = 1.0
Haste = 1.04
Crit. = .274

Means I've finally done it, I've reached the point where gemming haste over spellpower makes sense for me. Yay! Smiley: yippee Guess that means I should probably look at re-gemming. Great... I was just looking for a great place to sink like 2-3k gold. Smiley: rolleyes Maybe I can ignore it for a bit a pretend I didn't know...

Not unlikely, it's probably my favourite Misfits song.
Both the American Psycho and Famous Monsters albums are brilliant.
