Glyph and Spell issues, maybe bugsFollow

Hi all,

So I have two issues, the first being related to Glyph of Avenging Wrath. The cooldown is 6 seconds regardless of whether AW is up or not.

The second issue is that Hammer of Wrath with a minimum damage of 800 is only hitting for ~400. After looking at the combat log, I found that these were real hits, not glancing blows or subject to any other reduction.

On a side bar, is spell power added to HoW?

So is anyone else seeing these issues? I will be talking to a GM later today, unless someone gives me a sufficient explanation.

I didn't think it was possible to downrank you spells anymore. The tool tip says 800-1200, but I am only seeing damage of 400 on any class I hit.

Oh and false alarm on the first question, I misread the glyph. I thought it said Hammer of Righteousness. I will double check this when I login later.
