quick question about spell hitFollow
I know the cap is 446 without talents, 368 with talents. I know if I'm under the cap, it increases my chance to miss. But what if I go over the cap? How does that affect me? I'm looking at gear to get but I can never seem to get the right number of spell hit. I'm always going over by a little or just under it. So I'm wondering if it'll somehow affect me negatively (like rolling over back down to one, so 447=1). Anyway, thanks.
nothing happens.. it's just a waste of stat allocation, also you're forgetting the 3% hit debuffs that a few classes can do.. if you have talented hit + them the hit cap is 289 (11%), also if you're alliance.. the draenai aura gives you another 1% hit so you only need 10% hit.
