AFAIK DK's DON'T get the Zul'Aman Flight point, you have to get it yourself if you want it. Also, DK's don't start with the IoQD flight point, they get it at level whatwasitagain like any other class.
DKs DO start with IoQD, unless it was a glitch when I created mine. I flew there at 58 (I was curious to see if I could take a level 70 normal mob XD--I couldn't). I'll check later to see if a new DK can fly there (I've been wanting to do those quests again anyway).

I can confirm that we don't get Zul'Aman. My 80 DK doesn't have it.

Yes I found it very convenient when I created mine, because anywhere my guild wanted to run an instance i could easily get, and when you first start the toon at 55 you don't want to have to run everywhere. And yes like was said Outland and Northrend you have to run around and fin them but its not a problem because you're running the quests around them anyway.
Don't DKs get the (faction) Moonglade flight point, as well when they begin?
I can't remember if I got it after a raised TH rep or if I had it...
I can confirm you do not get Zul'Aman as a starting DK. I had to pick that up when I was going back and forth to Queldanas(sp) in the 70's.
