Those stats have nothing to do with Aggro generation.

After your initial rotation, whatever it may be, are you dropping Death and Decay? Are you using Pestilence? Those are some pretty big aggro generators.

Maybe the people you're running with are just putting up such significant DPS that you can't keep up. However, if you aren't using Pest and DnD, then that's the issue right there.

Try this...

Icy Touch -> Plague Strike -> Death and Decay -> Pestilence -> Blood Boil -> Obliterate (on Main Target). Use Pest and BB any time you have the Blood Runes up, refresh diseases as needed.

And this is a dumb question, but I should ask the glaringly obvious one:

Are you in Frost Presence?

Not enough information.

You're getting your diseases up, then what? Are you having issues with multiple mobs, single pulls?

After spreading your diseases and using your main attacks - be that Heart Strike, Obliterate, or Scourge Strike - in between refreshing things, you shouldn't be having any problems at all. Even less if you use Rune Strike like you're supposed to whenever you got the rune power and whenever it's available.

Also, Dark Command - like any taunt - doesn't do a darn thing when a mob is already attacking you. You're just wasting it's cooldown if you use it anyway.

Don't even know where the hell to send you unless you be more specific.

Same as the above.

But, are you using Rune Strike whenever you can? I assume you are Unholy, and have UB, but Rune Strike should always have the RP priority unless you have enough for both or have a large group of mobs. [EDIT] Or, of course, you are already way ahead in threat...

Plus, just so you know, the Garg has its own threat. Summoning the Gargoyle gives a little threat (from what I understand), but not much beyond that. If it gives ANY for damage it is minute.

Hehe, I'm afraid the OP was talking about the Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle rather than the pet. :P

Ok to clarify... I am in frost presence I use the same rotation IS PS D&D pest bb and refresh with PS and IS then obliterate on main target..... I have a hit rating of 288 which is 8.33% on mobs to hit but my expertise is low... could that be why im failing and losing aggro?.....

Ok one more question also does someone have a good talent build for a frost tank DK???? I keep speccing and respeccing but.....

I've never really had any issues tanking as frost, nor keeping hate for that matter. What i usually do is open with DnD, death grip, IT, PS > Pest > howling blast, then from there i mix things up. Anywho, here's the frost build i use, seems to work fine for everything i've done so far:

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Shattered+Hand&n=Kaerloc

(Incase you don't want to click, search for Kaerloc DK80 in Shattered hand server).

With frost presence i have just about 30.5k HP.

Anywho, i've tanked a bunch of things and never really have had any problems as of yet. Given i do need a new back piece, i'm holding on to the one i have till i get 25 V Badges for that awesome tank cape.

Hope that helps at least a tad.

Cheers

VERY quickly done because you still have given us very, very little info.

There is a good amount of room to play in that build. For example, you may want Morbidity, which I would drop some KM or Bladed Armor for. Do you run with a Shaman? Then you can get rid of Icy Talons and Imp Icy Talons for the additional threat of KM/Bladed Armor/Morbidity. You could take Death Chill for additional threat spikes every two minutes (but I personally don't think it is that useful with 5/5 KM).

How are your healers? Are you doing magic intensive fights right now? Maybe take Acclimation. Do you have a proper resistance aura during those fights? Frost Aura may work nicely.

And you still haven't told us WHEN you lose threat. Are you good with single targets? Do multiple mobs give you trouble? How are you on Omen?

And tanking won't have any kind of real rotation, just a starting point. Since we use DnD, that takes away 3 runes and really eliminated the possibility for things to proceed smoothly. You will always have to judge. Some times, you won't be able to use HB at all a rotation because you need to refresh your diseases and Pest. Sometimes you can use two-three HBs in a rotation, because your diseases are fine until the next, where you will will reapply them, pest and DnD.

Sometimes, you won't need to use DnD (it IS nice threat, but much less appealing on single mobs if you can go without), and you can follow more of a DpS-based rotation, using Runestrike as much as possible.

If you give us more info, we can help more. So, first, try answering these questions for us:

-Do you run with a standard group? Do you run with any specific people, but the overall group make-up varies? What specs are those you usually see?

-What are you running? Your gear seems decent, so I'm sure you are in Heroics. But, which one? Are you talking about Naxx?

-When are you losing control? Multiple mobs, single mobs? Large groups, small groups? Bosses? Adds?

-Do you have Omen or a similar threat meter?

-Do you have an addon to help watch rune CDs?

-Do you use trinkets with "use" effects?

-How cluttered is your interface?

These may help us identify some of our problems.

And, if you would, we could really use your armory. If you don't want to give us that, at least link your gear and professions.

Expertise has little to do with it, same with Hit;

My hit is total crap right now, yet I really have no problems at all with the aggro.

The only reason I can think of is if you're not using Rune Strike when it presents itself.

It isn't that it has NOTHING to do with it. Hit and Expertise WILL help your threat generation.

You should not be neglecting those stats if you can get them.
