Mind Control Macro for Naxx raidFollow

In the DK wing is a boss that has 4 adds. My group has two spriests who do the mind control on 2 of the 4 adds and tank the boss. My issue is when the channel ends I'm having trouble picking up the mob again for a re-mind control.

I would like a focus macro so I can just "spam" it (so to speak) on this pull.

Would this work?

/cast [target=focus, exists, nodead, nomodifier:shift] Mind Control
/stopmacro [target=focus, exists, nodead, nomodifier:shift]
/focus

Thanks in advance.

As a shadow priest, I am constantly one of the MCers for this fight.

The main limitation for this fight is keeping in range. The most difficult part is probably the pull.

I would use this macro for Mind Control:

#showtooltip Mind Control
/focus [target=focus,noexists]
/cast [nobtn:2,target=focus]Mind Control
/stopmacro [nobtn:2]
/cancelaura Mind Control
/target focus
/clearfocus
/stopmacro [nogroup]
/s Mind Control Released!

Well i was gonna delete my post, because I just saw that one after looking for MC macros.

But a question; what is nobtn:2 ????

The [nobtn:2] tag makes it so that you can left-click (or press a key, if you've got it bound) to cast the spell, and right-click to break it and announce that it's broken.

Basically, every line that says "[nobtn:2]" would be ignored if you right-click, and would work if you left-click or button-press.

That way, left clicking would proceed through the macro until it gets to "/stopmacro", ending it, while right-clicking would skip the lines "/cast..." and "/stopmacro" and continue to break MC, target the mob, clear focus, and allow you to quickly refocus and recast with just another left-click.

EDIT: Also, that's my macro! Woo!

You might also try a focus macro, that automatically controls your focus even if you are targeting something else.
You might also just add [target=whatever the name] to the casting macro, if you are sure there wont be more than one close together.
