your physical damage done is reduced by 10%.

at least theyre TRYING with arms. the non-dr charge is a nice touch, and with glyph of rapid charging youll have an in-combat stun/interrupt every 12s in addition to intercept and pummel/shield bash.

problem is, without a reliable 2h-based interrupt in battle stance, arms will still suffer. id still be willing to give the new arms tree a shake tho, seeing as the idea of speccing to lose damage disgusts me.
