level 29 warlock twinkFollow

so im planning on making a 29 warlock twink and I have researched gear and enchants (sorry the links are to wowhead and not allakhazam) and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions or upgrades i know that i could go for sta but i am planning on going for lots of sp instead and im going to basically tab and dot people what do you think any tips oh and i also need a build
