Hi everyone.
I was just looking for a balance build that isn't just for PvP or just for PvE, as I like to do both, but I can't find a balance build that's really good for that. If anyone has any advice/ builds, I'd be very greatful :)

This is a pretty basic build you can use.
It allows you 4 points to pretty much put wherever. If you want pvp, try putting it into Owlkin Frenzy, you want more pve put it into Gale Winds or one of the Imp talents.
You're mana regen won't suck so you won't feel nerfed in 5 mans, and for pvp you've got typhoon which pretty much is your #1 "Saved My ***!" spell.

One thing I noticed is that you used 3 points in Intensity, I put those 3 in Dreamstate, before I switched it around just now, but is it really that much better?

Intensity is really point for point a better mana regen talent, especially with the upcoming changes its receiving in 3.1. It will be changed to 50% mana regeneration while casting up from 30%.
But if mana regen is a problem, take those last 4 points and put them into Dreamstate and the other point in wherever.
