Undocumented Changes - MMO-ChampFollow

Balance

Starfall cooldown has been lowered from 3 min to 1.5 min.
Eclipse now gives you a 33% chance of increasing damage done by Wrath by 30% (up from 20%) when you critically hit with Starfire.
Owlkin Frenzy now affects all attacks. (Old - Physical melee and ranged attacks only)
Celestial Focus now reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting Starfire, Hibernate and Cyclone by 23/46/70% and increases your total spell haste by 1/2/3%.
Nature's Grace now increasing your spell casting speed by 20% for 3 sec. (Old - Reduced the casting time of your next spell by 0.5 sec.)
Feral

Faerie Fire and Faerie Fire (Feral) now reduces the armor of the target for 5 min. (Up from 40 sec) Duration remains 40sec in PvP.
Restoration

Tree of Life mana cost has been changed from 28% of base mana to 13% of base mana.


Straight off of MMO-Champion.

Starfall CD dropped - YES! Finally a sort've psuedo buff to the spell.

Eclipse - Yes! Now when I accidently get my wrath eclipse I can crit it for 10k while raiding.

Owlkin Frenzy - Glad they finally fixed this. It now adds back to its utility in certain pve situations.

Celestial Focus - I'm mixed about this, I liked the stun proc for pvp, but also it reduces pushback so its kind of a catch22 change for pvp. It'll be nice against melee classes in bgs/arenas, but against casters it kind of sucks... Unless they're arcane mages, then hi ho!

Nature's Grace - I'm curious as to how this will go. I've soft capped haste so I'm sure it will push wrath to the 1 second mark but I want to see how it goes with starfire. I kind of enjoyed 1.8 second SF casts.

Faerie Fire - This is quite possibly the greatest change for a boomkin you'll ever see. Now I'm basically gaurenteed 7% hit with 2 talents and the 3% crit will be amazing now, and my rotation is going to be smoothed as well.

Tree of Life - This doesn't really seem all that important to me, I don't understand the change but it costs less mana now.


Edit: Completely misread the owlkin frenzy change, so I changed how I felt!

Thought there was a glyph that was reducing cooldown on Starfall. Still, nice change.

Faerie Fire change is definetly nice, able to keep that extra hit up without having to waste the GCD to refresh all the time.\

Not a fan of the Nature's Grace change, though I guess it's more useful for casting wrath now then it was before, when it felt like stirctly SF oriented.
