If you are gonna be raiding as a Ret I would think that 3 points in Swift Retribution would be far more useful that 3 points in Imp. Devo Aura, especially since you are never going to be USING Devo Aura unless you have a bunch of Paladins in a raid. Even then, one of the tanks is going to have Devo Aura up, so it is useless other than in 5-mans where you are the only Pally and you would probably still want Ret Aura up anyway if that were the case.

This tree is terribad for raiding. Eye for an eye is a no no, you should never be hit. Vindication doesn't work on bosses. You want to maximize all benefits from ret aura not dev aura which you should never use. Def max out sanctified seals, who doesn't want more crit chance. Two handed specialization is a must for rets. Divine purpose is a waste same as eye for and eye. This would be an poor pvp spec as well since you missed out on stuff such as deflection, anticipation, righteous fury, divinity and such. I think the most obvious miss was the two hand specialization for any ret spec be it pvp or pve. I would use a spec like this for raiding http://www.war-tools.com/t61523.html?b=9zc532005023p5230251212301322133201331. It gives you all the same tools but allows rets to be more utility with taking damage from the raid through divine guardian and a bigger mana pool from heals with divinity.

That's a PvP spec, I think. Still not all that good, but a lot better than it would be for raiding.

Did they really remove Improved Ret Aura? And you can have all the DPS talents and still have 12 points left over? They better be adding more talents...

Last I heard, and I haven't heard different, from the rumor mill, "improved" auras in 3.1 will give their bonuses to whatever aura you have up. So improved devotion will give +6% healing to anyone affected by your devotion aura, and improved concentration will theoretically give pushback resistance to anyone affected by crusader aura.

Its a bobo spec either way, seriously. Missing big talents for either job.
