glyphing in 3.1Follow

as we all know, there are a number of new glyphs coming out in 3.1. most of these, if not all, have been imported into the talent calculater over at mmo-champion:

im personally quite fond of my icy touch/IBF/rune tap glyph combo right now, but the new strangulate (1 min CD reduction) is pretty damn hot. seeing as how IBF is undergoing a change in 3.1, im thinking maybe i could drop it. however, the IBF glyph change is still pretty nice for pvp (dun care much about pve) setting the damage reduction from IBF at 30% regardless of defense. alternatively, i lived without the icy touch glyph for a good 25 levels, i can live without it at 80 right?

or can i? thoughts?
