What is the hit cap with full points in Precision and full points in arcane focus?
I've been trying to find out for a few days and I don't seem to be getting anywhere with it. I don't think I'm that far off the hit cap for my spec but ill link my armour just so you can see. I was also thinking about dropping prismatic cloak and taking the +spirit talent(cant remember its name just now)

the hit cap is 17% total hit rating.
If you consistently have a druid putting up imp fairy fire or a shadowpriest you really only need 8% (!) hit rating as they will give an additional 3%. You currently are 1 or 2 pts away from 11% which will give you 17% hit rating with talents ignoring a shadowpriest.
I would consider dropping the points out of prismatic cloak into frost to get icy veins. the last point other than that is pretty much a freebee that you can put wherever you want.

So if i understand it correctly we are able to talent our hit down via Arcane Focus and EP to 11%(289)?
That is correct, at least for arcane spells, not the others (they are still at 14%)
