So it just occurred to me:
Would Bladestorm put out more damage thru dual wield 1h weapons than my 2h (similar ilvl)?
Was thinking if so, I could make a weapon swap macro and such.
Anyone have a simple answer or already done a test on it?

It would, but not by enough to care. Weapon-swapping resets the swing timer, which continues to go during Bladestorm, as well as causing a GCD... so you'd waste 3s on the GCD, not to mention the lost autoattack damage.
