Ok, so it is a little early to be guessing what the next tanking tree "should" be. However, I had a little time and wanted to see I could come up with:

I personally prefer 2 points in ImpJ, but that's just my preference. I have read all about the 9/6/9, but I just prefer the extra sec.
I put 5 into Conviction for a dps boost, but I am unsure as to whether the 5% adds directly to your existing crit rating or if some other math formula comes into play.
I put 2 into PoJ just because there seems to bit a bit more movement required for raids, I very well could be wrong.

The only criticism I would give right now is that talent tree is not up to date yet and has a few bugs in it that may or may not change how you have to fill up the tree. Some talents are showing that you need a previous talent to gain access to it, which unless this is actually changing in the patch, is not true. Also the new first tier Protection tree isn't there yet.
