first of all a word of thanks to all who contribute to these forums i have found them really usefull. my guild have asked me to move to holy as we all know how hard it is to find healers these days. unfortuantly no one in the guild seems to know much about pally healing, While i know i'm not ready to run naxx yet i would appricate it if someone could ckeck my build/armoury and let me know if i'm okay to run nexus and UK on herioc as there is some good gear there i can pick up.

Couple of suggestions (sorry for no links as I am in work) with regards to gear:
Get the Totemic Purification Rod from the Kalu'ak which you have the rep for
Argent Crusade - get Standard Issue Legguards, get your rep to exalted (through quests and/or championing) which is pretty easy to do to enable you to get Signet of Hopeful Light and Helm of Purified Thoughts
Kirin Tor - get to revered and get Girdle of the Warrior Magi
I would suggest to do some (if you haven't already been doing so) normal dungeons just to get a feel for the healing and to potentially get some upgrades to your gear because as it stands I think you are a little shy on a few stats for heroics but these will come with the some upgrades. That is just my opinion, if your guild are prepared to have a trial run then try one of the easier heroics.

On top of Kev's suggestion I would also get the Dark Soldiers Cape from the Ebon quartermaster. Continue to grind your Argent Crusade rep to get that equipment. Also drop some coin on the titanium spellshock gear (ring/neck), and boned-framed bracers from auction house.
I would suggest taking out your 2 talent points from improved blessing of wisdom and put them back into Sanctified Seals for the crit chance bonus. Mana regen is kind of blah right now and if a holy pally goes out of mana then they're either way overhealing or dps is taking too long.

You need to work on your enchants. Get rid of the Spirit on your boots - please, before you finish reading this post, go do it - now!
KevMC gave you good advice, run a couple of non-heroic 80 dungeons to get the idea of healing and still get rep. You have a lot of greens and if you have money to burn then chant them and add an eternal belt buckle with an Int gem, but they'll be getting replaced soon.
There are some rep items you can get at honored; for instance Kirin Tor has a nice cloak at honored. The Wyrmrest bracers at honored have less Int than yours but have a yellow socket so you wind up with more Int and haste instead of mp5. Stay away from mp5 (and spirit!).

thanks for the input guys as for the enchants i know there not the best but unfortantly the guild enchater has just gone on a four week wedding honeymoon in the carribean (how inconsiderate just when i needed him) and im not willing to pay realm prices for enchants of the enchanters if i can help it for gear that i hopefully will have upgraded befroe he gets back

"Friends Don't Let Friends Do Titansteel". You want balance while gearing up, and 0 Int is just too big a price to pay when you can't make it up in other slots.
If your group has good DPS, you should be able to handle UK(H), but Ingvar will be a test. In a 5-man with no Replenishment and a nerfed Divine Plea, mana pool/regen is the weakness you want to work around. And a beginning-heroic group in Nexus(H) will be spreading damage around and lengthening the fight, especially on the final boss, who is the one you really want, for the War Mace. So I guess I third the sentiment to run something like VH or Gundrak on normal a few times, making sure to use everything in your toolbox, from Sacred Shield to Bacon to Lay on Hands, so that you know how they work and how they fit in the style you'll be developing.
A "get ready" guide like the one here linked above or the one at the excellent Banana Shoulders will be very useful, explaining the "why" in more detail - ask a question on this forum and you're likely to get a lot of "what", which is good, but until you internalize the "why" you're just going through the motions.
