What Now?Follow

Ive just hit 80 and managed to get some gear from heroics on my first night. I was wandering how much more gear i need and where to get it. Also having trouble convincing my guild to start naxx cause i just want to take the plunge while they want to wait for ages.

PS. I know my frost talents are a bit screwed up im planning on fixing that soon. The Flameheart Spell Scalpel and Ward of the Violet Citadel are incoming... but getting groups for heroics on my realm is a bit of a struggle. Any criticism/advice is appreciated
