Come patch 3.1 I'm thinking that even though they are balancing out the three trees I may stay 1/19/51 spec'd except that I may drop the 1 point I have in careful aim pick up the new skil black arrow.
With my RAP it will do like 3300 damage over 12 seconds and plus it's base damage will be nice. Has anyone thought about this?

I think you're annoying because you're posting another thread about 3.1 while A: it's in the very very first version of the PTR and B: we already have enough threads on 3.1 stuff.
The other reason is that you're posting a very dumb question/statement because Black arrow is a prerequisite for Explosive in the current PTR build.
