I've finally done it. I've left my casual guild for a casual raiding guild. I left because the guild leader whom I was actually friends with left for the service and won't be coming back for a while. In his absence, it just seems like the guild is abundant with children with quite a different sense of humor than mine. I thought it was funny at first, but the last few days its been like barrens 2.0 in there.
So, I put a simple message out in trade that I was looking for a guild with some stats up about my pally. Got 3 responses and found one that actually suited the times I'm online. They run two 10 mans every night and have a first come - first serve basis without real set plans, although they do juggle talent between the two groups to try and even it out.
Apparently, they need healers for their weekend 25 man raids and tanks for their weekday raids, so I'll be filling in the gaps as I can. I'm nervous as hell, I don't want to look like the village idiot, and I'm going to be looking at strats all tomorrow.
Any last minute words, coach? I think my mitigation is good, my block is pretty decent, and my HP isn't horrible. Could use some last minute pointers though. I have like, 26 badges right now. Could easily hit 30+ by the time we raid tomorrow.
