I started my first char as an enh shaman and got to 55 then lvld dk to 71 and then tried to go back to my shaman and found it painfully slow to kill just wondering if i should change spec to ele or what spec is going to be funner/easier to lvl thanks in advance
We can't determine what is fun for you. You will have to do that yourself. Enhance is still the fastest out of the three, but with the changes, elemental isn't too far behind. It's completely up to you though as we can't tell you which is more fun and easier. Some people find enhance easier while other fine elemental easier.
As a resto shaman who leveled resto all the way to 80, I can say this: stay the heck away from resto for leveling until you get ES. After that, resto is a fun leveling spec.
When it comes to the dps specs, do you like nuking or getting up close and personal?

Well most shaman players start with Enh spec. ... i mean you pretty much have to hack and slash til you get some decent spells
and usually getting close and personal with an axe is a good idea.
but like
is true enough with right spec. in ele tree.
but as a lvl 55 if you spec it right you can have lots of fun with enh. not running out of mana and health and little or no need for eating and/or drinking.
but either way a Good Shaman = a Good set of Gears... most of the time gear determines everything for shamans

Any toon is going to be slow leveling compared to a DK. Enh is still the fastest because you don't have to eat or drink much if you use your CDs right.
But...
It really does depend on what you like. I'm getting my mage from 70 to 80 right now. I leveled him as frost to 70, PvE'd as frost, and then played arena in S2,3,4 as frost. I really needed a change by lvl 72. I know frost is a great way to lvl and probably the most efficient, but I personally had to go to fire so I could stay with it.

I totally agree with you. It's really what you enjoy more.
Like on the Rogue everyone says to level up as combat which may be faster but more boring too so I prefer to go Assassination or Subtlety.
In the end it doesn't matter if you pick a spec that may get you to 80 a few days faster, if you're bored with it you're less likely to get back to it and level it anyway.
