spell power + vs int/spiritFollow

I find that most equip offering spell power+ requires me to lose out on sometimes substantial amounts of int and spirit. What is a good ratio to keep in mind between them? I.E. "10int = +2 spell power" or something to that nature. Or, perhaps a good way to track my int is my magic crit% ...? what should that be around most of the time? (it bobbles between 6-7.2ish most of the time). Im disc spec and quest alot to lvl, but i do heal instances. I also pvp at the "9's" quite a bit, but i heal mostly in those as well.

And for the sake of posting efficiency, does the "improve crit strike rating" on equip count for spells as well? Because I got the Robes of the Lich but they dont really seem better than my current Beguiler Robes. Thanks

sry, cant get these damned links working...

ROTL = 10 int, 10 stm, +14 critical strike rating
BR = 12 in, 7 stm, 8 spirit

Look, before you get to Outland, you don't really need to worry about +spell power or crit rating. In my opinion, try to stack Int, Spi, and Sta, in that order. If you get a good piece from an instance or whatever that DOES have spell power or crit, then go ahead and equip it. But you REALLY don't need to worry about stats until you get to Outland where you're going to be getting gear with Int, Sta, Spi, +spell power and/or crit, etc. If you try to min/max your stats at such a low level, you're just going to drive yourself crazy and slow down the leveling process.
