Okay i'm sure that there will be more informed pallies here that can give you a better answer, but me personally I'd go with epic ring since it's got better stamina stats, granted the haste is meh. The temerity ring is nice as far as intellect and critical strike rating goes, so if you're ret spec'd and working on gear I'd go that route.

Ideally though, why not get both rings.

Its harder to get a straight answer for this question than downing a gallon of milk, I swear.

Int gives the most bang for the buck (i.e. per point) and is useful across a broad range of gear. Haste gives the least, and is primarily useful when you hit diminishing returns from more int, crit, and sp.

That said, I rate the Argent Crusade rep ring equal with the drop from Anub'rekhan as the best available in 10-man (they both have some "wasted" itemization, but they both have more total itemization than the competition).

Ring of Temerity is, as others have said, overitemized, and I consider it to be only a notch behind the above two, along with the Titanium Spellshock and the drop from Sapphiron (and probably the drop from Noth as well as the expensive Kirin Tor signet).

Any of those seven would be an upgrade to Annhylde's, and a couple of other Naxx drops would be equal to it. But they're so close in value it's not worth arguing which of the top five or seven is best - just get the two easiest (probably Temerity and the AC ring) and move on...
