If for some bizarre reason you wished to get both Abominations Might and Improved Icy Touch into the same build, would deep Blood be a better option or deep frost?

if im not mistaken, you would need 21 points into frost? and 36 into blood? which at that point would be better to dump the rest of your points into blood

Imp Icy Touch is tier one frost, 3 points. It's pretty much a requirement for a Blood DPS spec unless you're using Toughness to buff Bladed Armor. And if you're doing that diseaseless Blood spec, where you never use IT, you put all of 0 points into Frost.

Edit: I really need to get used to being consistent with my capitalization of talents and spells.

Wait, you mean Improved Icy Talons, don't you? That would be 26 points in Frost. Abomination's Might is 27 points in Blood. I doubt there's a good tree starting with 27/26.

If you finished out with Blood, you could get down to Heart Strike and 3/3 Might of Mograine. In Frost, you can get Frost Strike and 3/3 Guile of Gorefiend. Either way, you'd be missing out on good talents in the top of the Unholy tree, and talents at the bottom of either Blood or Frost.

Just get one.
Abom's Might = Trueshot Aura = Unleashed Rage.
Improved Icy Talons = Improved Windfury Totem.
