I'm told I should be doing around 1800dps with my current gear. The problem is that I ride the 1600 line 90% of the time.
I can only assume it's my rotation or build. Fix me?
I keep SnD up when appropriate and spam SS and Evis for the most part, using Spree and Flurry together in groups of 3 or more (or tougher 2 mob groups). Is there anything else I should be doing?

Always, always, always, always keep SnD up, even more so after its increased speed.
Your hit seemed a little low. Also make sure you keep poisons up. WP/WP, DP/WP or WP/DP etc. Use rupture and envenoms on bosses. Trash isn't as big of a deal really, just do aoe when you can and keep SnD up.

What is your rotation? Make sure you're using rupture. Go to the elitist jerks site, get the spreadsheet, put in your gear and talents. Mess with the rotations to see which one gives you the best DPS. Its probably going to be something like 5point SnD>5point Rupture>5 point Eviscerate.
Lastly, get more hit rating. :P

Keep in mind that if you're using the spreadsheet, that's 100% DPS time and perfect timing, never dropping a point somewhere in a rotation, and with no movement in the fight.
